A more personalised approach to online learning

High quality, career focused education should be within reach of everyone. And learning online shouldn’t have to be an isolating experience.

Our ‘instructional design’ to online education combines first rate resources, expert instruction from leading colleges and personalised support from College Online Student Success Coaches.

These success coaches are there to proactively help you through your course by monitoring your progress towards the qualification. If you fall behind they’ll reach out and help you get back on track.

If you’ve thought about rejoining education so you can upskill and become a more confident part of the workforce, but find it hard to fit learning around your commitments, we’ve designed our learning platform for you.

We exist for people looking for a better career, but who find it hard to commit to on campus study. Or those who struggle with the idea of studying “by themselves” online.

Your course is delivered flexibly online to fit around your work, family or other commitments. You have a personal success coach to help keep you on track. And if you need in-person resources, these are available through the college delivering your course.

The result can be a respected Higher Technical Qualification that delivers the knowledge and in-demand practical skills employers want. If you wanted to carry on your studies, you could continue towards a full degree.

Designed for employer focused skills

As well as partnering with respected colleges and universities to deliver your courses, we’ve designed our content around skills and knowledge that employers are looking for right now.

How has this been achieved?

By working with those employers. Input has been gathered from global, national and local businesses so you’re gaining experience in the areas these employers value. You’ll stand out in the job market and earn the career you want.

Some of the employers involved include…

Earn a respected qualification

Learning online can be a minefield when it comes to accreditations and qualifications. The last thing you want is to spend time and money on a qualification, only to find the qualification isn’t recognised or respected by employers.

When you earn a Pearson BTEC HND qualification through College Online, you also get the HTQ stamp of approval from the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IFATE).

Having Pearson provide the certification also means you can be confident in the qualification you’re earning.

So employers and other education providers alike will recognise the value of your new qualification and the work you’ve put in to achieve it.
